Planning to go to a bridal fair? Luckily, The Wedding Library will be holding The Wedding Library's #MayForever Bridal Fair this May 2022! Here's a little guide on what to bring to the bridal fair.
1) Wedding Journal (and a pen!)
Wedding suppliers will require information such as date, the number of attendees and the place of your wedding, so it's good to bring a notebook or a journal dedicated to the plans for your wedding. Bringing the journal will also let you be able to write information you will get from the suppliers present at the fair.
2) Reusable bags
Expect calling cards and even a few freebies to be given away by the wedding suppliers present at the fair. With over 100+ suppliers gathered there, you're going to need the bag to bring all those giveaways and flyers!
3) Water
You'll be sure to do a lot of talking at the bridal fair, so it's important to drink water and rehydrate.
4) Comfortable shoes
Going around the fair means walking from supplier to supplier. The Wedding Library's Bridal Fair will be staged at Megatrade Halls 1 and 2 one of the biggest in the metro!
5) Wedding Inspiration Photos
If there are decorations and themes you'd like your wedding to have, it's best you bring photos of them to show to suppliers. Doing this will ensure that you can communicate clearly what your vision for your wedding will be.
6) Credit Card/Money
Assuming you'll be booking wedding suppliers at the fair, they will require you to make a downpayment. Also, you wouldn't want to miss out on exclusive discounts and promos they'll be giving out right? ( Psst! Making a booking worth P2,000 will also give you a raffle ticket to get a chance to win P100,000 CASH from The Wedding Library. Not a bad way to add to the wedding budget right?)
